Four stories of stone, timber, and dark siding rise above a landscaped approach. The building's footprint — 12,812 square feet — terraces gently into the Dells topography, with parking woven through native plantings and boulder outcrops.

At dusk, a heavy-timber porte-cochère anchors the entry sequence. Stone columns and warm sconce light cue the guest into a calm, residential register before the lobby reveals itself.

By day the porte-cochère reads as a Northwoods pavilion — gabled roof, exposed structure, and the Wyndham mark held with restraint. The arrival drive curves through landscape designed to feel discovered, not staged.

A double-height great room anchors the ground floor — full-height glazing, a stone hearth, and reclaimed timber trusses overhead. The Wyndham reception desk reads as residential casework, lit from below in warm brass.

An outdoor terrace extends the bar and restaurant program — pergola-covered dining under string lights, framed by lavender and prairie grasses. A natural extension of the lobby during three seasons.

Past the dining terrace, a stone gas firepit holds a circle of lounge chairs above the valley. Candlelight, low conversation, and a sightline that runs uninterrupted to the tree line.

A heated outdoor pool and spa sit in a sheltered courtyard between the guest wings. Cabana-style covered seating, lantern light, and the silhouette of the great room glowing behind the water at dusk.

A year-round indoor pool and whirlpool sit beneath a wood-clad ceiling, opening to the courtyard through full-height glazing. Designed for the shoulder seasons that define a Dells operating calendar.

A full-service fitness suite — cardio line, strength rack, free weights, and functional training — overlooking the wooded edge of the site. Specified to a standard guests increasingly expect from upscale brands.

Forty-seven keys, each treated as a small residence. King suites pair custom millwork headboards with private balconies, layered textiles, and a writing desk — calibrated for the leisure traveler who works between adventures.
